Special Meeting
The Board of Selectmen held a Special Meeting at 7:10 PM on Monday, 4 June 2012 in the Meeting Hall of the Old Lyme Memorial Town Hall. First Selectwoman Bonnie Reemsnyder, Selectwoman Mary Jo Nosal and Selectman Skip Sibley were present.
Selectwoman Nosal moved to enter into Executive Session at 7:10 PM, Selectman Sibley seconded the motion. SO VOTED.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss litigation involving a pending civil action in the U.S. District Court, Anderson v. Town of Old Lyme, 3:10cv1876 (MRK), regarding the seasonal dwelling registry, Section 11.19A of the Zoning Regulations. Zoning Enforcement Officer Ann Brown was invited into the meeting. The Town's Insurance Company's attorney, Tom Girard, was invited into Executive Session.
Executive Session ended at 7:41 PM. Selectwoman Nosal moved to adjourn the Special Meeting at 7:42 PM. Selectman Sibley seconded the motion. SO VOTED.
